• Please note that the package includes a charcuterie platter and a drink per shooter, which will be served to you after your hunt.
• The purchase of a hunting package is non-refundable all birds must be used before the end of the current hunting season. Hunting season ends on the 3rd sunday of December.
• Hunts can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the event.
• There will be a $250 fee to move the hunt less than 24 hours before the event.
• There will be no refund or possibility of rescheduling the event if the hunters do not show up on the scheduled date and time.
  • The hunt will not take place if the hunter(s) arrives more than 30 minutes late and Club staff have not been notified.
• For a specific start time, please specify it in the order details.

IF YOU COME HUNTING AT THE CLUB WITHOUT A GUIDE, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR POSSESSION AND ACQUISITION LICENSE, SMALL GAME HUNTING EXPERIENCE AND HAVE YOUR OWN POINTER DOG.
